At Koalaflage, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand production process. Because of this, we do not hold bulk inventory and each garment is created specifically for you after purchase.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Change of Mind Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Minor colour variations caused by screen differences
We strongly recommend checking the size guide before purchasing.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:
Arrives damaged
Has a manufacturing fault
Is significantly different from the description
Is the wrong item
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
If approved, we will:
Replace the item at no cost, OR Issue a full refund (including original shipping if applicable)
You may be required to return the item before a refund is processed.
3. Print Variations
All products are printed individually. Minor differences in:
Print placement
Colour tone
Fabric texture
are considered normal and not defects.
4. High-Visibility Garments
Our high-visibility products are produced to meet the standards specified at time of manufacture.
Returns for hi-vis garments will only be accepted if the item is:
- Faulty
- Incorrectly supplied
- Non-compliant with advertised standards
- Sizing errors are not considered faults.
5. Shipping Issues
If your parcel is marked delivered but not received:
- Please contact the courier first
- Then notify us within 7 days
We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
